Academic Coach

Miss Alexandra Nieves

My name is Alexandra Nieves and I am the Academic Coach/Social Media Manager for Kirby Middle School. 

I have my Bachelor of Arts in Speech from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa and my Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from The George Washington University.

Fun fact: as a PROUD Army brat, I started kindergarten at Converse Elementary, 6^th grade at Miller’s Point, 7^th – 8^th grade at Kitty Hawk, and freshman year at Judson High School. I am so proud to be a part of the community that helped shape who I am.

Some of my responsibilities include working collaboratively with campus staff to coordinate, support, and implement KMS and district instructional program initiatives, along with instructional coaching.
